WOMEN, Are you ready to TRANSFORM your relationship to pain?

If pain or an injury feels like it has taken over your body, if you feel disconnected, frustrated or betrayed by your body, and you have tried many ways to fix it.  There is another way.
I get it. I have been there too.

And I also know from my own experience and the experience of my clients that the path out of pain not only lessens our pain but brings us back into alignment with our body, our breath, our heart and our Self.

My desire is to inspire all women to experience their body beyond what they think they can do and beyond who they think they are.

Our body is the expression of our Spirit.  When we learn to turn towards our body as a facilitator of our evolution and listen to the sensations and messages that are always moving in and through our body, we become our own Guide in this healing journey.

  • Day 1
    Unwind cycles and patterns of pain, trauma and limited mobility in our tissues.  Influencing pain through the nervous system.

     

  • Day 2
    Repattern new movements, free of pain, in order to build confidence in our movements and increase mobility and flexibility.  Retraining movements with the nervous system.

     

  • Day 3 - Building strength that works for your body.     Resilience that keeps you from re-injury AND builds your capacity to play and engage fully in your life. Strong body connected to a strong spirit.

Change the conversation with your body. Heal the patterns that cause pain, tightness and feeling stuck in your body and being.
A horribly shattered elbow with extensive nerve damage,  painful herniated discs in my neck and lower back,  torn hamstrings,  tendonosis in both elbows and a few other injuries pushed me towards wanting more from my body than what I was told was possible. In traditional medicine, I was given very little hope of regaining feeling, mobility or true relief of pain. 

When I began working with my body as a living organism, designed to regenerate, heal and evolve, my body began to change dramatically and so did I.   I became strong, fluid and capable in my body but also in my heart, mind and spirit.


As a Yoga and Movement Therapist, an advanced bodyworker and an energy awareness facilitator, I inspire people to experience their body beyond what they think they can do and beyond who they think they are.
