  • Embodied anatomy - connecting to your anatomy through felt sense and movement

  • Releasing patterns of pain, tightness and density and limited mobility.

  • Movements that create ease and space in your joints, tissues and organs.

  • Internal and external circles and spirals that support well rounded movement.

  • Playful relationships of the hips to feet, knees, waist and ribs, spine and  breath.

  • Playful movement that brings your body joy and healing.

A horribly shattered elbow with extensive nerve damage  pushed me towards wanting more from my body than what I was told was possible. 

Traditional medicine gave me very little hope of regaining feeling, mobility or true relief of pain.  It wasn't until I began working with my body as a living organism, designed to regenerate, heal and evolve, that my life changed.

With time I  became strong, fluid and capable in my physicality as well as my heart, mind, and spirit.

As the founder of EVOLVEyoga Therapy Course, a Yoga and Movement Therapist, an advanced bodyworker(Structural Integration), and an energy awareness facilitator, I love to inspire people to experience their body beyond what they believe they can do and who the believe they are.
