Padma Borrego has been a yoga teacher and bodyworker for over 20 years. 
I have  trained and studied with many amazing yoga and movement teachers.   Areas of training : alignment based yoga, yoga therapy,  feldenkrais, somatic movement, dance and play. 
I have also studied hands on work:  massage,  myofascial release and structural integration and energy healing. 
Blending manual work with movement and breath to create awareness, attunement and change in the body on a endlessly fascinating journey.
One of my greatest teachers has been my body through injuries, childbirth,  movement challenges,  and different age challenges
