Padma Borrego has been a yoga teacher and bodyworker for over 20 years.
I have trained and studied with many amazing yoga and movement teachers. Areas of training : alignment based yoga, yoga therapy, feldenkrais, somatic movement, dance and play.
I have also studied hands on work: massage, myofascial release and structural integration and energy healing.
Blending manual work with movement and breath to create awareness, attunement and change in the body on a endlessly fascinating journey. One of my greatest teachers has been my body through injuries, childbirth, movement challenges, and age changes

Through reflexolgy, acupuncture, thai yoga massage, su jok and yoga we have paths and maps that allow us to touch the whole body through the feet (and hands).
