Service Description

Based on the work of Ida Rolf taught by Tom Myers as Kinesis Myofascial Integration. Deeply Influenced by Liz Gaggini and her body of work with Biomechanics and Visceral Manipulation. Influenced by studies in scar work, bone relationships, and nerve and artery work. All of which inform my touch and awareness. The 12 sessions are an exploration of all aspects of your being, from breath patterns, postural and movement patterns, as well as folding in the emotional and conscious connections to the body.
