guided grounding meditation
If your feet get tired during the day and your legs and back get cranky and stiff.   If you have tried different kinds of shoes to help you and more exercise doesn't seem to help.  I totally understand and lets try something different. Something that works.

Our feet are the end of the line as far as circulation goes, and the more movement we have in our feet, the more we can move blood and lymph back to the heart to get fresh blood and more oxygen. Whole body nutrition starts with strong and pliable feet.

Our relationship with our feet also shapes the foundation for how we move through life.   When we are grounded, present and flexible in our body that is how we meet our day.  That's  why I have put together a happy feet tool kit to get you going with healthy feet and a healthy body.

"I retired several years ago and decided to focus on my new job; health and fitness. I started taking yoga classes, though at first, I wasn't sure I liked it. Padma Borrego helped me find the space to breathe and the grace of moving into a pose. Her extensive training in body work combined with her patient style of yoga was a blessing. Her teaching is the reason I have come to practice and love yoga every day."

"Padma is very serious about her teaching.  She draws on her commitment to anatomically based movement to carefully and deliberatively design her classes.  And they're fun!"

"I took my first yoga class at age 40 and have been doing Yoga regularly for the last 41 years with a wide variety of good teachers. But it has been Padma who best understands and helps me respect my body from a perspective that is grounded in her deep knowledge of how that body works, suffers, recovers and embraces life.
With kindness and challenge and humor she continues to be the mainstay of my
good health, agility and delight in the world"

Hi, My name is Padma
I have been a yoga teacher and bodyworker for over 20 years. I have studied anatomy and movement and I have studied the subtle aspects of yoga, breath and energy.  I have spent time healing my own body after a serious accident and I believe in and know the body's ability to heal,  from our cells to our hearts. We are incredible beings.

I have worked with thousands of people to get out of pain and find free and efficient movement through yoga and structural integration. Healing becomes a way of learning to listen to love the body in a whole new way.  A curiosity that brings presence.
