  • Release and unwind patterns of limitation and pain, allowing for a deepening of your body's awareness and sense of aliveness.

  • Explore new patterns of movement that unleash your body's mobility and remind you of your ability to meet life with flexibility.

  • Build resilience and strength that supports alignment and integrity so that you can prevent injuries, heal faster and experience a grounded and embodied YOU.

If you're feeling limited and stiff in your shoulder movements, let's start by
soothing your body by creating ease and space.

It's a practice that we can then build on, opening your body to heal,
find stability and thrive.

Giving your heart and mind an anchor that is grounded and present.

Your shoulders are the anchor of your wings that take root in your sacrum and spine allowing you to reach wide and offer your gifts with abounding freedom.

  • Release patterns of pain, tightness, density and limited mobility.

  • Explore movements that create ease and space in your joints, tissues and organs.

  • Exploring the relationships of the hips to the legs, knees and feet as well as the spine, neck, jaw and  breath.

  • Playful movement that brings your body joy and healing.

  • Embodied anatomy - connecting to your anatomy through felt
    sense and movement

POSSIBLE SYMPTOMS connected to Cranky Hips and Feet:

  • Tight hips, cranky knees and ankles, balance issues, foot issues.

A horribly shattered elbow with extensive nerve damage  pushed me towards wanting more from my body than what I was told was possible.

Traditional medicine gave me very little hope of regaining feeling, mobility or true relief of pain.  It wasn't until I began working with my body as a living organism, designed to regenerate, heal and evolve, that my life changed.

With time I  became strong, fluid and capable in my physicality as well as my heart, mind, and spirit.

I want to inspire you to experience your body beyond who you think you are.

As the Founder of EVOLVEyoga Therapy, a Yoga and Movement Therapist, an advanced bodyworker, and an energy awareness facilitator, I wholeheartedly stand for you to experience your body with ease, fluidity and resilience.

What is the longing in your

Nurture it and bring it into your life creations

"Transform your relationship with your body by using conscious movement, breath and sound as tools to soothe and sculpt a new experience in your body.

Pay attention to the subtle nudges, persistent discomforts, and clear limitations that your body, heart, and spirit are communicating to you. Then move and dance with your body as a way to release tension, awaken your senses, and connect with your inner self.

Let's embark on a journey of connection and integration, allowing you to fully embody the sacred being that you are by honoring the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies that you are."
